HYDRO TESTING

Hydro-testing of a pipeline is undertaken to check the integrity of the pipeline/Process pipework for ensuring the pipeline to be free from major defects that could affect the pipeline during operation and if it can function at its Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP). Global Pipelines maintains an extensive inventory filling pumps, high pressure positive displacement pumps, break tanks, test end, temperature and pressure monitoring/ recording instruments and has the experience to operate them efficiently in the most conventional and economical method. Depending on the length and diameter of the pipe being tested the appropriate pumps and equipment will be dispatched to the site to ensure that the pipeline is tested with the highest level of accuracy and precaution.
