OIL-FLUSHING

To ensure the hydraulic equipment starts up and operates as implemented, flushing of hydraulic and lubrication oil systems is employed to reduce the potential of premature failure. Flushing is a process created to clear the contaminants present inside the pipe and oil after its installation. By creating a turbulent flow in the system, the pipes are cleaned until the desired cleanliness value is obtained by passing them through filters. In terms of NAS,ISO and SAE values, cleanliness of the pipes are measured.. Until the cleanliness of the valve is obtained, continuous recirculation of the working fluid in the system and purification is done by oil flushing.
