VACUUM DRYING

Vacuum drying is the principle in which the water will vaporize and steam off at ambient temperature when the pressure is reduced sufficiently. The pressure of the water boiled is termed as the saturated vapor pressure. If the water is maintained at this pressure and temperature, it will eventually turn into water vapor, later the water vapor is removed from the pipeline with vacuum equipment where it can be condensed and collected at the exhaust.
